We accept Visa, Master Card credit cards as payment method. All orders ship to
Washington (WA) addresses are subject to 8.8% sales tax. When you place an order,
please review carefully all spelling to avoid delay in processing your order. Shipping is
processed once payment is cleared.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION:
Ground rate: $7.00
Ground rate to Alaska & Hawaii: $9.00
Ground rate to Canada: $10

Orders will ship on 2nd business day. We will notify you through e-mail incase there is any issue
when processing your order. We will not ship until payment is verified . We only ship to
US and Canada. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (depends on location).
For Alaska and Hawaii please add additional delivery time.

Special request for delivery must be clearly indicated when placing an order. For example: if you
want to leave the package on back door, etc.

RETURN AND REFUND:
We work hard to ensure your satisfaction. We allow returns of merchandise in
original condition within 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by Return Authorization number.

Incase of a damaged item, we will gladly exchange the item for a replacement .

We will refund the money once we receive the item back. Please note that shipping and
handling charges are not refundable, and we do not cover the charges for return shipment.
